Premium Chequing Account Requirements
- Valid National Identification Card, Valid Passport or Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of address – Recent utility bill (3 months), post marked letter or Valid Driver’s License
- Employment letter stating current position, date of employment, salary and other cash benefits or Recent Pay Slip/s for the month
- If self-employed, statement of income or expenses or affidavit of income
- TIN Certificate or Guyana Valid Driver’s licenses with TIN
- Two (2) Local Character References for each person/signatory addressed to CBGI.
