Electronic Funds Transfer is a service used to transfer funds locally between commercial banks. It is processed upon request at any Citizens Bank Guyana Inc. branch or through Citizens Online Banking.

Electronic Funds Transfers are processed during business hours and are subjected to approval by management. Any transaction request received outside of the business hours will be processed on the following business day.
