Ms. Rosemary N. Benjamin-Noble, M.S. is a Senior Manager who oversees the Legal Department and has been with Citizens Bank Guyana Inc. since September 2013.
Ms. Benjamin-Noble, M.S holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Law from the University of the West Indies and a Certificate of Legal Education from the Hugh Wooding Law School. She also holds a Master’s Degree in International Education and is an Anti-Money Laundering Certified Associate (AMLCA).
Ms. Benjamin-Noble, M.S. is an Attorney-at-Law for 29 years and serves as the Deputy Chairperson and representative of women on the Rights of the Child Commission, and as a member of the Integrity Commission of Guyana.
She also supports the endeavours of organizations that focus on the betterment of women and children, and in 2019 was conferred with the Medal of Service for long and dedicated service in the protection of the rights of children in Guyana.
