Collateral/Security for Loan

  1. Valid National Identification Card or Passport or Driver’s License
  2. Proof of address – Recent utility bill (3 months) or postmarked letter or valid Driver’s License
  3. Employment letter stating current position, date of employment and salary and other cash benefits
  4. If self employed, statement of income or expenses or affidavit of income
  5. TIN Certificate
  6. Copy of transport/title/lease document or letter of intent/agreement of sale & purchase if property is being purchased.
  7. One passport-size photograph per applicant
  8. Copies of receipts for leases, rates and taxes etc
  9. Certificate of Valuation for property or projected valuation
  10. Estimate of construction or renovation cost
  11. An approved Building plan from the relevant statutory body
  12. Receipts for materials/items purchased (for construction commenced)
  13. Statement from other financial institutions, including Hire Purchase Agreements (if applicable) of loan accounts showing balances and monthly installments payable. Satisfactory credit report

  1. A mortgage over the property (house and /or land) being financed by the bank
  2. Assignment of adequate fire insurance coverage
  3. Assignment of the borrower(s) life insurance
  1. Valid National Identification Card or Passport or Driver’s License

  3. Employment letter stating current position, date of employment, salary and other cash benefits
  4. If self employed, statement of income or expenses or affidavit of income.
  5. Letter of Assurance from Central Housing and Planning Authority, copy of transport/title or letter of Intent/Agreement of Sale & Purchase if property is being purchased
  6. Certificate of Valuation for property being purchased (from Mr. Barrington / Peter / H.B Curtis/ Patterson Assoc.) along with two recent photographs.
  7. Estimate of construction cost.
  8. An approved Building plan from the relevant statutory body
  9. Receipts for materials/items purchased (for construction commenced)
  10. Statement from other financial institutions, including Hire Purchase Agreements (if applicable) of loan accounts showing balances and monthly installments payable. Satisfactory credit report.
  11. One passport-size photograph per applicant
